Our speaker will be focusing on Jn. 17:1-4 – Glorifying God (how God can be glorified in our lives with an emphasis on evangelism/discipleship as well as finishing the work He gives us to do, remaining faithful, etc.); Jn. 17:17 – Thy Word is Truth (the challenge of putting God’s Word (truth) above “our own personal truth” or the “world’s truth”, etc.); and the importance of Christian unity.
